The prayer group, “Confía en el Señor” (Trust in the Lord) emerged in 1990 as an effort to reinforce Christian Faith based on the Charismatic Catholic Movement. Our goal is to grow in faith and prayer and to deepen our knowledge in the sacred scriptures. Since its birth the group has had many coordinators and a fluctuating number of members.

We meet every Friday between 6:30 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. at the Saint Augustine room. We start by praying the Holy Rosary followed by a psalm reading, a prayer asking for forgiveness, God’s praise, solemn hymns singing, sharing about the changes that our Lord has brought about in our lives through Jesus Christ, and finalize by praying for those who are sick and the needs of our community.

We put effort on reaching to our community to join us so that they may also enjoy and share the blessings that our Lord Jesus Christ, provides in our daily lives.
